Spacious House Great for Quiet Getaway+Huge Garden

Idyllic three-bedroom house with vast garden and barbecue, in quiet olive forest area near popular beaches and tourist destinations. Ideal for families and big groups looking for a base far from noise and disturbances, but well connected to explore the island by car. Less than 10 minutes drive from Sidari village, very popular amenities are at your disposal. Swimming pools,beaches, supermarkets,nightlife,water sports,lovely sunsets,boat trips. Ideal if you love hiking, running and the outdoors. We are near Velonades village in the north of the island, 30km from Corfu Town/airport. The house is fully equipped with air-conditioning, a large kitchen that has everything you'll need for your stay, two bathrooms (each with its own shower), laundry and iron facilities, free wi-fi and parking. There are mosquito screens on all windows and doors. It is generally very cool during the summer months, especially at night. There are two outside sitting areas available to guests: (1) One is near the front of the house, accessible via the kitchen and dining area. You can enjoy lunch or dinner outside at the large dining table, with a great view of the garden. (2) One large sitting area at the back of the house, equipped with comfortable sofa-chairs and outdoor tables. You can enjoy a drink or dinner party outside, with a view to the back of the garden and the old well near the house. The garden is large and available to guests. It is surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees and it is very private. It has a BBQ that includes a large barbecue table and swings are available for children to play with. Children can play freely in the garden without worry or danger, we are 150 metets from the main road and the property is clearly defined. The area is generally very quiet and private, surrounded by nature and quite cool at night. Some locals might pass by sometimes with their car, driving along the path that connects the house to the main road. There is plenty of parking space for many cars. Having a car is strongly recommended. IMPORTANT: There is another house sharing the garden, so if both houses are rented by different groups the garden and BQQ are to be shared. You might see/meet with other guests. We collaborate with a swimming pool nearby (at 150m distance from the house), and our guests can access it for free. Please note that due to COVID restrictions, the pool might be unavailable depending on the dates of your stay. Please contact us to confirm. You have full access to the apartment and its amenities, as well as a garden (over 200 sq.m.), surrounded by olive trees and flowers. Outdoor barbecue and swings also available for your enjoyment. Private and quiet area in the nature, among olive and fruit trees, off the road but still very close to all tourist attractions. Car is hardly recommended .
