Located among vineyards and the sounds of nature, the Saksida Estate offers a charming setting where you can leave your everyday worries behind. We offer 2 one bedroom bungalows, 2 two bedroom bungalows, space for up to 20 motor homes or campers, complete with showers, restroom facilities, and electrical hook up, swimming pool, Wi-fi internet is available on site. Visitors can also take advantage of a large covered picnic area. Restaurant serving local food on the place, reservation requested. We are conveniently located just one hour from Ljubljana, about 30 minutes from Trieste, and an hour-and-a half from Venice. Our estate is in Vipava valley in the village of Zalošče, in the lower reaches of the Vipava valley on the left bank of the Vipava River. There are many point of interest in the area and activities like hiking, cycling.. Restaurant is on the place with genuine Vipava valley specialties. Fresh homemade ingredients and Mediterranean herbs and spices, coupled with our chef's unbridled creativity, combine to give the rich flavors their breath of excellence. The fullness of this culinary experience will be crowned with wines from our estate.
