Casa Patrizia Guest house is the perfect solution for a comfortable stay in the middle of the three lakes (Maggiore, Mergozzo, Orta). The house, built in the end of the ‘800s, has been recently restored, creating 4 modern rooms fully-equipped with all comforts. In the same building there are other double room (for 2 people) and 1 quadruple room (family room, maximum 4 people). At Casa Patrizia our guests are completely independent, thanks to the external safety-boxes, that you can find just at the entrance of the house. When you confirm your booking, we give you a box-number with a combination: you can use them to enter the house and your room. At least 24 hours in advance, it is possible to choise for a double bed, two separate beds, or a travel cot in the room you reserved. We are at your disposal for any information 7 days a week. Casa Patrizia Guest house is located in a strategic position to easily reach Lake Maggiore, Lake Orta and Lake Mergozzo. 100 metres far from Casa Patrizia you can find a lot of facilities, as bar, a mini-market and a Pizzeria-Restaurant. The bus stop is just 200 metres far from Casa Patrizia and Verbania-Pallanza railwaystation is 4 km away. Casa Patrizia has no private parking, but the nearest public parking is just 100 metres away.
