The village, in which less than three hundred inhabitants live, has kept unchanged the charm of past centuries; its narrow alleys connect the houses built mainly in wood and local stone. Monuments of historical and cultural importance are the Chiesa del Soldo, the old Torchio Monumentale (XVI century) and the Medieval Tower (11th-12th century). Torre and Torchio are both part of the historical and artistic heritage protected by the FAI (Italian Environmental Fund). In addition to your car, in the same parking lot there is the bus stop C31 to reach Como or the junction where to take the C30 to Bellagio. On foot from Palanzo you can take the "Strada Regia" that connects different neighboring villages to admire the ancient villages. Guests can leave their car in the free municipal parking of Palanzo, where there will be to welcome a staff member who will accompany them at the property, to check-in and will also be present at check-out.
