Cosy Chic Cabin - In the nature, near the ocean !

Cosy modern wood cabin inside a small property with more 2 rentals houses. 8 kms from the beach, 10 kms from Ericeira, 5 kms to Mafra and 30 minutes to Sintra and Lisbon. The house is in open space with kitchen and 1 bathroom. The Swimming pool is shared with the other 2 houses, and also with me, wyfe and kid ... sometimes we deserve to take a dive too :)) so its never crowded !! Nature, privacy, near the ocean. All the property. Quiet country and rural area but close from beaches, city center, Lisbon, Sintra, etc... Important to have car or motorbike. Please be aware in advance that: - Since January 2019, the city council of Mafra have a mandatory occupancy tax that has to be payed in cash at the check-in ( 2€ per person per day from 1st may to 31 October, and 1€ from 1st November to 31st of April, in the first 7 days of the stay ). Children under 12 are free of charge. - According to the Portuguese law that aims to stop human trafficking and other illegal practices, at check-in we are obliged to ask you for your personal details (such as home address and identity number / passport ) to send them to SEF, our Immigration and Borders Services within 3 days after your arrival. - If you are arriving in a late flight, please let us know in advance so we can arrange according your needs, the best check in !
