It is a cute but spacious 'upside down house', with the living accommodation on the first floor of the cottage, to take full advantage of the a gorgeous views, particularly of Bank Hill and the Ochil Hills. The Lounge and Dining Area are tastefully and brightly furnished, with dual aspect windows. There is a large HD Smart TV, with additional sound bar. There is a selection of games to amuse all family members. The spacious galley kitchen, offering every amenity, is lit by a large velux window and another window to the courtyard, making it an uplifting space for cooking, a cuppa or a glass of wine. ('Welcome Basket' provided by the local award winning, 'Dollar Deli' and a Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine are awaiting you). On the Ground Floor, there are two Double Bedrooms, one with a King Size bed, or twin beds, depending on your requirements. Tastefully decorated with a Scottish twist. The Bathroom has a bath and a shower over the bath. Scottish Fine Soaps are provided free to guests at 'Bank Hill Cottage'. To the front of the cottage there is patio furniture available , to enjoy a snack and refreshment. Dollar offers an excellent base for exploring all the surrounding area, offering a fantastic selection of tourist attractions and is within easy reach of Stirling, Perth, St. Andrews, Glasgow and The Highlands and Borders. You can walk easily around the beautiful village of Dollar. There are many attractions near by , either by car or the good local bus service. There is a one car parking space, outside the cottage and plenty of free parking on McNabb Street and the surrounding streets. 'Bank Hill Cottage', is tucked away in a pretty courtyard but perfectly situated in the heart of Dollar, for all your amenities, but so near the beautiful surrounding hills and countryside and great links to many other great destinations. There is space for one car in the front of Bank Hill Cottage. If other cars are parked it can be a little neat for reversing. There is plenty free on-street parking in McNabb Street and the surrounding area. We welcome one well behaved dog and please be aware no pets in the bedrooms. Thank you.
