Situated in a private park and gardens in the town of St Austell, we're a short walk from the town centre and St Austell train/bus station. We're also close to sights including the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charlestown - as well as the beaches of St Austell Bay. Free parking. Free Wifi. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with large shower, basin and toilet. There is also a wardrobe and a desk and free tea/coffee in the room. Owner lives in the house and is available to help guests during their stay. Guests are given a front door key, so are able to come and go as they please. The town of St Austell has numerous shops, cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants - as well as a cinema and historic attractions. Ivy House is a very short walk (200m) from St Austell train/bus station - with connections across Cornwall and across the UK.
