You will enjoy serenity and calm inside our charming uncluttered apartment. High quality furnitures and well thought design makes it a wonderful place to stay, 10 minutes from the beautiful Tatra montains! The flat is on the ground level of a small 4 floors building. It's composed of a large living room with an open kitchen, a nice bathroom with Italian-style shower, an office space and a restroom/laundry. The terrasse, partly covered will welcome smokers and poets all year round :) You can access all rooms within the appartment A friend living nearby will welcome you on arrival. She will remain available for emergencies. You will even be able to exercise your first words of Slovak with her! :) We are available night and day by email, phone or (Hidden by Airbnb) should you need any assistance, advice or translation - don't hesitate to contact us! Located at the east of Svit, the area has been build recently. Flats and houses surround a nice recreational park where kids love to play after school. A grocery can be found at less than 5 minutes walking distance. You will even find an organic food shop in Svit! Svit offers both a train and bus station. You'll need 20 minutes walking there (3 by car or 1 euro taxi ride). The free carpark in front of the flat is never full. You can get to Poprad by a very nice cycling lane (25 minutes ride) along the river - please don't hesitate to use our bicycle for that! When the weather doesn't allow cycling, a taxi will get you to Poprad or to the Tatra mountains for 5 to 10 euros We live in this flat 3 to 4 months a year. It is thus fully operational (washing machine, oven and dishwasher) and furnished to welcome you for a night, a week or a month...
