Comfortable residence at sea

Comfortable residence situated in a village , just 3 km from the sea . A three-room fully furnished, with large garden and private parking space. The residence can accommodate 5 people and it's served by public transport (ARST) with bus stop at 100 mt. A few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the south coast of Sardinia and points of historical / archaeological such as: Nuraghe, in the nearby hills , and the site of the ancient city founded in Sardinia ... Nora ! In the first few days of May in Villa San Pietro is celebrated Sant'Efisio. The Feast of Sant'Efisio is the most important religious procession of Cagliari and Sardinia, which takes place every year on May 1 . On this feast are involved , from all over Sardinia, groups dressed in their traditional costume. In addition to being one of the oldest is also the longest Italian religious procession , with walking paths 65 km in 4 days and the largest in the Mediterranean. Preparations begin April 30th , the statue of the saint is dressed and placed in the chariot . On the morning of May 1 , after the parade through the streets of Cagliari, Nora begins the journey to , through Sarroch ( 1 May ), and Villa San Pietro ( May 2 ) . Guests can use the car parking and BBQ in the private garden. Wi-Fi, 24-hour 24! You can NOT smoke in the house and are NOT allowed to preserve the environment, furniture and curtains from odors, hair, and anything else that could damage the health of guests with allergies, intolerances or simply to smoke or animals. On arrival you'll find some products that may be helpful at least for the first few days, to give you time to organize your purchases. You will have: shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, toothpaste, bottled water, fruit and breakfast. The house is already provided with the bed linen, towels, hair dryer, iron, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, small appliances and other beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and refrigerator from the beach. Accommodation will be at the complete disposal of the guests. In the residence you will find some leaflets, brochures and maps of Sardinia, business cards, info on restaurants and clubs in the area and I will always be at your disposal for any clarification and info.
