Two bedrooms - One with king-size bed, 2nd with twin beds. The kitchen is well-equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave & generous supply of equipment. The cottage is set in landscaped grounds with our 3 other cottages: Cherry Cottage - sleeps 10 Dandelion cottage - sleeps 6 Oak Cottage - sleeps 4 Ivy & Oak cottages share a connecting terrace so are well-suited to two groups looking to holiday together. Both have their own picnic benches & we have BBQ's available on request. Blagdon House Country Cottages has a splendid outdoor solar-heated swimming pool with sunbathing terrace, also a laundry room and bicycle store. Ample parking. Travel cots & high chairs available on request at no extra charge. Guests have exclusive use of whole cottage. Shared areas: The heated swimming pool & sun terrace are open daily from May to September, weather permitting. Guests have unrestricted access to the portable BBQ's & laundry room. There is dedicated parking & also space for visitor parking. We are the owners & live on-site. We are happy to share our local knowledge of things to do with the best places to eat & visit. We will provide you with our personally prepared guide to the local area, highlighting what we think makes South Devon such a great place to visit & Blagdon a special place to stay. Well-located for the beaches of the English Riviera, the nearest is 10 mins drive away. Totnes, with it's weekly market & gateway to the South Hams is also 10 mins drive. Paignton zoo is 5 mins. & Dartmoor National park is 30 mins drive. Our guests find the location is perfect for exploring the area. Nearest pub is 1 mile. Main supermarkets about 1 mile.
