Located on the first floor of an antique building, the House of Mimma has been renovated in recent years and it is uniquely finished. The old and antique furniture and the beautifully artistic interior create a welcoming heaven complemented by a spacious terrace with a spectacular view. This is a place to relax and unwind, to recharge from positive energies and enjoy the local food and products and the most peaceful countryside. The house benefits from two separate kitchens, one located directly on the terrace and a little one off the main room. You will find towels and bedsheets, as well as a washing machine. Guardia Sanframondi is a small medieval town in Southern Italy, sitting high above the Telese Valley, with spectacular views of the surrounding vineyards and olive orchards. At the center of the town is the Medieval Castle. Every year the town hosts “Vinalia”, the wonderful local wine festival, and once every 7 years the town hosts the “Septennial Rites” celebrating the Assumption, a spectacular manifestation of Penance involving all the community (next one will be in August 2024). After being broadcast in House Hunters International, and the subsequent move of several foreign citizens (particularly from north America), Guardia Sanframondi is going through a period of renaissance and revitalization, with significant restoration projects currently underway. Guardia Sanframondi is about 28 km from Benevento, 62 km from Naples and two hours from Rome. There are direct buses serving Benevento and Naples and the nearest train station is Telese-Cerreto. All shopping for food can be done on foot. No Smoking No Pets No Parties There is no nearby parking. Unfortunately, no disabled access (stairs are everywhere) and, due to the low balcony, the place is not suitable for children.
