It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea. The main building is wooden and equipped with large glass windows that make it luminous and open it up to the park around it, so you will feel immersed in the relax of greenery. It is composed of a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms (one of which in a small external structure). It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump. In the park, there is a convenient outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea and to enjoy sunsets beyond words. The property is completed by laundry/changing room, two outdoor showers, 5 parking spaces. The property also includes: -Household electrical appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge, oven, electric and induction cookers, a washing machine, a toaster, an electric water boiler, a moka pot, pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery, a flatiron with an ironing board. -A foosball table -A TV-set -Wi-Fi connection At the beginning of the stay you will be asked to pay a tourist tax of 3.50 Euros per person per night (except for people under 14). The guests will be allowed to use everything in the property. I live in the area so I will be at your disposal if the need arises or simply in order to give you info and useful advices! Our territory consists of a magnificent promontory overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, from which you can reach the two islands of Giglio and Giannutri. Only coming here personally, you will fully understand its beauty: beaches of all sorts (with sand, gravel or rocks), crystal-clear sea and seabeds to explore, waves to ride on a boat or with a surfboard, meadows to have excellent picnics and hills from which to admire breathtaking views. Orbetello, Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stefano, Capalbio and Talamone are little medieval towns with excellent restaurants and boutiques where you will have a chance to buy typical products and exquisite clothes. In the region, you will also find the ruins of Cosa, dating back to the Etruscan and Roman times, and Saturnia hot springs, in which you will pleasantly take care of your own relax with massages, beauty treatments and hot water baths with views over the surrounding countryside. Moreover, from Maremma it will be easy to reach artistically prestigious cities such as Siena, Florence and Rome within one or two hours.
