My accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers, families (with children) and large groups (along with the apartments of the villa there are up to 17 total seats). It is surrounded by a garden full of greenery, trees, flowers. It has a nice front porch where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The annex is spacious and with all amenities, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, oven, refrigerator, barbecue sofa, TV, chairs and outdoor tables, children's games. During the stay we will be available for our guests for any need. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to the house you can find many shops, bars, tobacco, pizzeria, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, greengrocer, fishmonger, gift shop, restaurants, at 800 meters from the house you will find the port with the sea bars and restaurants and the walk. At 350 meters from home you will find the first cove for a swim, and two pubs with live music and evening Caribbean dance, at 100 meters the bus-stop to go in the direction of Trapani or San Vito Lo Capo. At 50 meters you have a bus stop for Trapani, at 100 meters there is a bus stop for San Vito Lo Capo. For internal parking, ask for real availability. The rules for separate collection must be observed. The house is equipped with air conditioners *, roof fans, softener and water purifier for which comes from the tap mineral water, cistern of 50,000 liters. Air conditioning on request € 3 per day Local tourist tax 1 € per day per person to be paid on arrival.
