Villa by the sea overlooking Öresund

Villa with a spectacular view of Öresund only a few meters from the water. The bottom floor has a large open area of living room and kitchen perfect for hanging out in a big group, watching a movie or having a barbeque on the veranda. There is a large bedroom with a bathroom of its own. When you make you’re morning coffe you can look miles long over Skånes beautiful farmland and just meters away are beautiful horses galloping past in a long narrow paddock along the house. Upstairs you have three bedrooms. In the kingsinze bed you wake up watching malmö and turning torso or in the other direction the city of Lund. Take a luxurious bath in the a large bathtub with jetstream in the spacious bathroom also here with a view over the Skåne farmland. The crown of the house is the living room on the top floor with 270 degree view overlooking lomma beach, Malmö, the spectacular Öresundsbridge, Denmark and to the north the loong warf in Bjärred. A perfect place to have a dinner or sitting down in the sofas over a glass of wine watching the skyline of öresund in the night or during the day the kite and windsurfers pass by in one of Swedens most popular places for watersports and beachlife. On the top floor is the office also with a view that makes you feel like there is no better place to spend some fokused worktime. The house is cetrally positioned close to all of Skåne and Copenhagen but still on the relaxed countryside. Lomma offers a variety of cafes, restaurants and beachlife in the summer. Bjärred is even more pitoresque with beautiful houses and the long warf with a cold water bathhouse as well as a restaurant in the middle of the sea. The area offers amazing walking or running tracks along the beaches, forest or farmland. There is a 27hole Golfcourse within walking distance and fishing or watersports right in front of the house. Habo Ljung is famous for its perfect conditions for kite and windsurfing and you can easily take a course or rent gear nearby. The buss stops every hour right in front of the house and it takes you straight to Malmö or Lund via Lomma or Bjärred. Behind the house is the bicycle road that brings you to either Lomma or Bjärred within 4km of running or biking.
