Doty's Lil' Log at Keepsake Cottages in Gravois Mills has all the amenities needed for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Located in Soap Creek Cove on the Gravois Arm. Lots of attractions nearby or you can just relax on the deck and enjoy the outdoors. The water is calm and great for swimming. We are between the cities of Gravois Mills and Laurie. This cottage is approximately 480 square feet. The cottage is a studio and is fully furnished. There is a queen size bed, (all bedding, extra blankets and pillows are furnished). In the lounge area, there is a TV, an electric wood stove, a comfortable chair and a sofa that makes into a full-size bed. The kitchen has a movable island with 4 stools, stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and a full-size refrigerator. Plates, cups, glasses, wine glasses, utensils, pots and pans can be found on the shelves and in drawers. The bathroom has a large stall shower, tall toilet, hairdryer, towels and washcloth for each person (lake towels are not furnished). The cottage has heat and A/C to keep you comfortable. There is a charcoal barbecue grill and campfire ring. (bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid). There is plenty of room on the grounds to play Plenty of places to fish 3 paddle boats and kayaks that are available for your use, no charge Washer/dryer on site If you are bringing a boat, we have a launch ramp Dock slips that are available to rent for $10 per day We live and work onsite, we do enjoy meeting our guests but we also respect your privacy. Should you need anything we are available in person or by phone or text for any questions or assistance you might need. We offer transportation to local establishments from Versailles to Hurricane Deck. Effective 10/01/2020 For the security of our guests and the safety and security of our business and property, we have external security cameras located on the corners and back of the metal shop building. They will be on during your stay. *TV programming is accessible via Firestick. Guests will have the ability to log into their own accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) as desired. The Alexa Firestick remote is the only remote needed to control all apps.
