House between sky and sea

Suspended between sky and sea and overlooking the parks of Nervi, this newly renovated house will make you fall in love with its quiet atmosphere and the magic of its horizon. Surrounded by two livable terraces, it enjoys an unforgettable view. A double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, an eat-in kitchen, a bathroom. Just 10 minutes walk from the train station of Genoa - Nervi, and 5 minutes walk from the center of Nervi, its historical parks and the sea. The house is equipped with all amenities: air conditioning, heating, electric oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, bed linen, bathroom and kitchen. Parking is free under the house in Via S. Ilario or on the Via Aurelia which is in the immediate vicinity. The car is useful for your excursions, but it is not necessary because you can reach the sea, parks, stores and restaurants in a few minutes walk. On street parking is free of charge in the streets closeby. During the warmer season, from May to October, it's nice to leave the house and in a few minutes jump from your favorite spot on the cliff, or from one of the bathing establishments, after walking through the Nervi Parks. Just below the house, in fact, you can enjoy a large green area, with centuries-old trees and an ancient collection of botanical species from every corner of the world, wanted by the owners of the three historic villas overlooking the sea, now converted into museums. Even tropical plants are at home here, thanks to the mild and sunny climate, a real happy island due to the arched shape of the hill, which has always made Nervi famous. Thanks to this extraordinary micro-climate you can enjoy the warmth of the sun and the proximity of the sea in any season, without forgetting to be tempted by the Ligurian cuisine with its delicious recipes and countless small villages to visit. From Via S. Ilario it is easy to walk to the Genoa-Nervi train station in 10 minutes through Via Marco Sala and Viale delle Palme. Brignole, Genoa's central train station, is only 15 minutes by train from Nervi. The entire Riviera can be easily visited by train, especially the Levante Ligure, where there are many small towns to discover with a day trip such as Bogliasco, Recco, Camogli, Portofino, Santa Margherita, Chiavari, Sestri Levante and the 5 Terre and many others. There is no shortage of places of interest for those who love to walk in the green, such as the magnificent mountain of Portofino with its hiking trails. Those who prefer to move by sea can rent a boat or even a canoe, to enjoy the beautiful Riviera from a different point of view.
