Peaceful Houses with Huge Garden,Parking, AC & BBQ

Two vacation houses in the north of the island, 3km from Sidari. Two houses, one with three bedrooms/two bathrooms and the other with two bedrooms /one bathroom. Fully equipped kitchens, air condition, BBQ, outside shower,swings, free wi fi and parking.Both houses are very comfortable in private and quiet area, among olive and fruit trees. You will enjoy the cool nights and the company of your family or friends around the BBQ. We collaborate with a nearby pool, so you can have free access. The vacation houses are near Velonades village in the north of the island, a few minutes from Sidari and 30km from Corfu Town/airport. The houses are fully equipped with air-conditioning, large kitchens that have everything you'll need for your stay, three bathrooms (two in one house and one in the other), laundry and iron facilities, free wi-fi and parking. There are mosquito screens on all windows and doors. It is generally very cool during the summer months, especially at night. There are several outside sitting areas available to guests: (1) One is near the front of the large house, accessible via the kitchen and dining area. You can enjoy lunch or dinner outside at the large dining table, with a great view of the garden. (2) One large sitting area at the back of the large house, equipped with comfortable sofa-chairs and outdoor tables. You can enjoy a drink or dinner party outside, with a view to the back of the garden and the old well near the house. (3) The BBQ area, with its large table and swings. (4) Two patios outside the smaller house, for smaller and more private groups. The garden is large and available to guests. It is surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees and it is very private. It has a BBQ that includes a large barbecue table and swings are available for children to play with. Children can play freely in the garden without worry or danger, we are 150 metets from the main road and the property is clearly defined. The area is generally very quiet and private, surrounded by nature and quite cool at night. Some locals might pass by sometimes with their car, driving along the path that connects the house to the main road. There is plenty of parking space for many cars. Having a car is strongly recommended. We collaborate with a swimming pool nearby (at 150m distance from the house), and our guests can access it for free. You have full access to the two houses and their amenities, as well as a garden (over 200 sq.m.), surrounded by olive trees and flowers. Outdoor barbecue and swings also available for your enjoyment. We are in a private, relaxing area among olive and fruit trees, flowers , birds, butterflies. There is only one neighbour in the area, and they are isolated and far enough to give you full privacy. It has two cafes and a grill room where you can meet mostly local people. Sidari is the nearest touristic village with its famous canal d' amour (3kms) and lovely beaches, nightlife, boat trips, supermarkets,restaurant,shops etc. Beautiful places like Peroulades, Saint George's beach, Roda, Acharavi, Kassiopi all in a short distance. Car is highly recommended. the bus station is on the main road in a distance of 120 meters but your own transport is fully recommended.
