Traditional gîte dated 1640

More than 350 years ago this house was the original farm where the family was living together with their chickens and goats. The animals have left and the cottage has been transferred into a very cozy and rustic holiday-rental with antique furniture, The house for 5/6 persons is situated on our rural property of 2,5 ha. You have your own private garden with furniture and BBQ. There is one double room on the ground floor and in the attick is a room devided in two with a 3/4 bed and 2 single beds. Of-course kitchen, shower, toilet, living-room with wood stove, etc are all present in your house. Our pool, playground, piste de petanque, etc. are with the other guests. If wished you can join us for a continental breakfast or table d'hôte. We life on the property and w'll be there, if wished, to give you all kind of informationor to point you to the highlights of our region. Our region is called the Bourbonnais is very rural ands quiet. We have developped many hiking and cycling itineraries for you, the region is perfect for this. Also we organize kajak tours on the beautiful Loire (Unesco). Further more pittoresque villages, wine chateaux, castles, etc. can be visited. A car or other transport might be handy. It is possible to pick you up at the nearest railway station (16 k.) and see our region by bike or feed. Shops for food and drink are around the corner (100 mtrs) A washing machine is available and bikes and kayaks can be rented with us. If wished bedlinnen and towels can be provided by us for an extra charge. Additional charges could be electricity (8 KwH per day is included in the rental price), costs for lodging pets, joining us for a breakfast or table d'hôte. If you do the final cleaning yourself w'll pay you back the 55€
