House with panoramic view on the hills of Dozza

Cà Sabbioso is a country house in exposed stone, located in the hills of Dozza (BO) with a panoramic view of the plain. The house has its own entrance with automatic gate, ample parking and garden. The house is on 2 floors: on the ground floor there is an open space with lounge and kitchen, a bathroom and the laundry room; on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The class A house has been completely restored a few years ago with green building techniques: plaster and lime-based painting, insulation with wood fiber and cork, heating and cooling with geothermal, photovoltaic and solar panels. Guests have access to wifi and Sky, TV in all rooms and in the lounge. The house is totally fenced and can also accommodate 4-legged friends. We are always available to give information on itineraries and places of interest (Dozza, Imola, Bologna, Ravenna, Rimini). We also offer shuttle service (9-seater bus), from October to May.
