Exclusive use of a lovely two bedroomed house overlooking gardens to the rear. Comprises 2 bedrooms, kitchen/dining room and living room with Virgin wifi & Smart TV. A washer and dryer are fitted . The house is within walking distance from the Sale Lane bus stop of Leigh Guided Busway. Shops,restaurants,takeaways,pubs, dry cleaners & a laundrette within walking distance. Street parking is available.RHS Bridgwater is less than 2 miles away. If only 1 night is needed please message to discuss. Bedroom 1 is at the front of the house and has a double bed.Bedroom 2 is quite small in size but is flexible as it has a bed from John Lewis which can be made into: Option 1) a king size bed or Option 2) 2 X 2.5 ft wide beds or Option 3) a 2.5 ft wide bed with trundle pull out bed( 2.5 ft) Option 4) a 2.5 ft wide bed with the trundle bed stored away underneath. Please state which combination you require at the time of booking as only the linen required for the chosen option will be fitted .A travel cot is also available. There is free street parking adjacent the house .However,please note we are allowed to use the private car park to the rear only for pedestrian access to the back gate for bins etc. We are not permitted to park on it. Myself or my housekeeper usually a welcome guests or arrange for key access , I work during the week but contactable as needs be, of course. I have an interest in walking and keep fit and can share local routes for walks or runs, as well as walks a little further . Mosley Common, Worsley is a small, friendly community with a large central (Website hidden by Airbnb) is close to the centre of Worsley, Ellenbrook & Boothstown, all with local facilities.The house is situated on the main road through Mosley Common. Bus Routes: Amongst the local services, the property is a 5 minute walk from the Sale Lane stop,Leigh Guided Busway which gives direct access to the centre of Manchester. Rail: 1.5 miles from Walkden Station ( Manchester & Virgin routes) Road: 700 yds from the East Lancs (A580) and is ideally situated for M60,M61 ,M62 & M6 Please follow COVID 19 restrictions on overnight stays before booking as your stay may be cancelled if government restrictions are breached If I am not able to welcome you in person, keys are kept in a secure location for convenient access. The staircase is quite steep.
