Enjoy your vacation in San Marcos in this beautiful three year old buildt rental! Being 2 miles from downtown and the beautiful San Marcos river makes this dream rental the best place to be! Registration # HS-19-04 This beautiful duplex has everything you need! Comfortable sleeping for up to 6, a private fenced in back yard for your further babies, inside and outside dining, a full kitchen equipt with all your cooking needs, a coffee bar because that is important, cable TV and wireless internet! Please let yourself in! We have a lock box on the property so you can access the rental easily! Please park in the back in your designated parking spots marked #2. We ask that you let us know if you plan on bringing more than 2 vehicles so we can accommodate you. I live in San Marcos and will be available for any of your needs! This is a duplex so please be courties of your neighbors. Uber and Lyft are about a $6 to town, totally work it. It is also very easy to get around town driving.
