The total area of the room is 18 square meters. The room is on the first floor of the farmhouse, in a hilly and absolutely quiet position. Our guests will have at their disposal a panoramic swimming pool, where they can relax and enjoy the view over the hills of vineyards and olive groves, in the calm and tranquility. Garden equipped with tables and chairs, barbecue and shadowed areas. You are welcome... We offer you the hospitality of a typical family farm. We will be pleased to provide you with directions and suggestions on places to visit nearby and further afield, the main art cities, museums, typical local restaurants. It is possible to taste our products, such as Chianti wine, extra-virgin olive oil. The location is great for visiting the major Tuscan cities of art, we are centrally located to Florence, Pisa and Siena, reachable in less than an hour by car. Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano, Certaldo, Prato, Pistoia are easily accessible during the day. You can alternate the visit of the city with the discovery of the medieval villages of Montalbano of which we would be pleased to provide you with directions and suggestions. The bus stop is 700 meters from our house. We recommend the use of a vehicle for greater freedom of movement. The house is easily reachable from the airports of Florence (35 km) and Pisa (50 km) via the SGC Florence-Pisa-Livorno: exit at Empoli; continue towards Cerreto Guidi; Lazzeretto, before the village of Lazzeretto at the traffic light on the Vincio stream, turn right into Via La Berna following the signs for Agriturismo Spazzavento (paved road for 1800 meters) da Vinci: direction Cerreto Guidi / Toiano; after 2 km from the village of Vinci; turn right to S. PANTALEO follow the signs for the farm up to Apparita; at the "T" junction in the village turn left for 800 meters; Agriturismo Spazzavento stays on the left.
