Double Room to Rent - £350 pcm with a deposit of £200. (Double occupancy is £520) Lovely rear bedroom within walking distance of Whiston Hospital. Professional Applicants only. Easy access to trains (Liverpool-Manchester Line) and to the M62/M57 Very close to Whiston Hospital whether you are on walking or driving. There is walking short cut and I offer to walk up and back with you to show you the way that is if you are coming from the hospital but will do the same if arriving by train. ** I will always offer to drive guests to the nearest food shop to pick up supplies.** Free WiFi Use of the bedroom Shared kitchen and bathroom (not with hosts) with independently heated shower, it is not a power shower. Please keep in mind that this not a hotel chain. :) ** Please note the lounge can be used but this under the discretion on the hosts as this is not included as part of room charge. This is not an entire house listing. :) I will be around during your stay or will be nearby. I was contracted the night before someone who was attending a course nearby for a place to stay for two days but having full occupancy, thought out of kindness I offered my lounge with a blow up bed, this may be slightly inconvenient for some but could be of an advantage if that person drives although the Hospital for example is in easy walking distance. :)
