A Káli medence közvetlen szomszédságában, a Nivegy-völgyben kínálunk kiadásra egy belül frissen felújított kis házat. A ház 34 m2: 1 szoba, 1 teljesen felszerelt kis konyha és egy 1 fürdőszoba van benne. Két főnek ideális, de igény szerint még 1-2 fő tud aludni a kinyitható kanapén is. A konyhában mosogatógép, mikro és mosógép is van. A Kisházhoz nem tartozik kert. A falu csendes, s mivel a völgy tetején van több pontjáról is elragadó a kilátás. A Balaton 8 km, a legközelebbi strand Zánka. Freshly renovated 34 m2 house. One room, fully equipped small kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, bathroom with a shower and toilet. Ideal for two people. Fold out sofa bed sleeps 2 more (children). The Small House has no garden, it it more like a comfortable apartment. Quiet village with an enchanting view of the valley and the lake (8 km drive). Köveskál, the well-known gastro village is a 10 minutes’ drive. Vineyards offer vine tastings. The property is out of the busy lakeshore area but has access to all what the Balaton region offers. A jól ismert gasztrofalu, Köveskál 10 perc autóútra van a háztól, továbbá számtalan étterem és látnivaló érhető el a közelben. Many other restaurants and points of interest are also situated in the area. The well known gastro village, Koveskal is 10 minutes by car. The Small House functions as a comfortable, small apartment. While it does not have a garden there are great hiking, biking and walking trails around the village, starting right at the doorstep. The Nivegy valley is a vine growing region: there are many vineries offering vine tasting in the area. A Kisház leginkább egy kényelmes apartman funkcióját tölti be. Saját kertje nincs.
