We live in the quiet village of Churston within close proximity of Brixham and Paignton with a field behind the property currently occupied with sheep! There are lovely coastal walks to enjoy from the property. Within easy access of Kingswear, Dartmouth and Totnes. Churston railway station is within walking distance to take the steam train to Kingswear and the ferry to Dartmouth. You have a beautiful brand new room with large ensuite and your own entrance. There is a private decked area with table and chairs to enjoy, sit and relax after a day exploring. The room has a 40 inch smart TV, dressing gowns, hairdryer, dressing table, pir lighting into ensuite with a sensor for bathroom mirror. We don't provide breakfast but we will leave a complimentary light continental style breakfast for your first morning here. There is also a small fridge. Outside you have your own private decking area with table and chairs. The path at side of property leads to your entrance and decking area. Security lighting sensors activate down the path. The outside private space has a table and chairs with views over the field. At the front of the property you can enjoy looking at our very large fishpond. Standing on the bridge makes a very nice photo opportunity. 😊 There is plenty of on street free parking outside our property. We are always available by phone if you are looking for any recommendations on where to visit, where to eat, places of interest etc. If you have any queries or if we can help with anything please feel free to ring the doorbell. We love to welcome people and you are very welcome to knock on the door at anytime. It is a very quiet village within walking distance of the famous Churston Manor which is recorded in the Domesday Book. Coastal walks are virtually on the. door step. A bus stop is close by that can take you to Brixham, Paignton and Torquay. The steam train stops at Churston Railway Station and takes you on a scenic ride to Kingswear and then a ferry over to Dartmouth. There are two eateries very close by, one being Churston Manor which is a few hundred metres away and The Railway Inn also within walking distance. For those that enjoy walking our home is in the perfect location. There is also a bus stop near by that takes you to Brixham, Paignton and Torquay. Within walking distance is Churston Railway where you can catch the steam train to Kingswear followed by a ferry to beautiful Dartmouth If you love walking this is the perfect location. Lots of beautiful walks close by with stunning scenery and views across Torbay. A bus stop is near for those wishing to use public transport. Churston village is in between Brixham and Paignton. An umbrella is in the storage box outside along with cushions for the seats. There are also two beach towels for your use, stored in drawers under bed. Also, in today's climate, there are 2 face masks for you and wipes in your room for your use
