Join us in our garden cottage, a small and independent family house situated in an historical context on the tranquil Marca Gioiosa. You will find the rare blend of simplicity and sophistication. Cottage offers a summer patio, vaste plank floor around the swimmingpool with sunbeds, chairs, brazier for the night. Inside: single or double bed, cradle or baby bed available, private wc, water basin, kettle, fan, refrigerator and freezer. In the garden: hot shower, jacuzzi and large salted swimmingpool. Volley, ping-pong, badmington, table football and large trampoline. A new entry from this year: a little tree house with two twins beds suitable for wilde kids: no water, no electricity, all green! obviously only for kids with parents with 20 euro per night over the price of the house. In Spring or Autumn time the house is heated but the outside shower is not suggested: so we can offer you a private bathroom with shower inside the house. The cottage is deeply inserted in the floral park following the essential principles of organic gardening and you are free to walk all around. Your occupation will be to find your own preferred spot in the different time of the day. The pool you will share with us (0.20- 1.60 height) is also suitable for babies and for not expert swimmers. Your car will be parked inside the property. Summer is the perfect season to live the garden with pool, undreds of loto flowers and sun but don't forget stunning flower show in springtime with 1500 daffodiels and more and dramatic colours of leaves in Autumn that we let on the grass. I will be pleased to suggest you the best places to visit according to your own interests: walking on river banks, cycling ( you can use our own bikes), historical villages, wine caves. In less than one hour you can be in Venice, in the Prosecco hills, on the Dolomites mountains, to the seaside or to small or big lakes. In a little more than one hour you can reach San Daniele with his DOP ham, Trieste, Collio hills with stunning wines and much more. But ... usually our guests hardly leave the house ! In the surrounds you can find restaurants, pubs, agriturisms with any kind of food and prices. Roman ruins in Opitergium or Tintoretto oil on canvas in the village church nearby. Natural reserves, fun water theme park and much more ... just tell me what you will like to do and I will give you the proper information. As I told you, we live in the country and public transport is not so helpful. Our village is 3-km far from our house and there you can find local trains or buses. In San Stino di Livenza (5 km) there are the highway exit and the direct train to Venice. It's essential to have your own car or motorcycle because the cottage is in the country. We can offer shuffle service from/to Venice airport or train stations.
