Large kitchen table converts to snooker/pool table. Football table & games consoles. Close to M62. 15 mins to Liverpool city centre, Anfield, Knowsley Safari Park & 55 minutes to Chester Zoo. We love to welcome families and groups who wish to use the house as a base for exploring our amazing city and the surrounding area - or just to spend some much needed quality time relaxing and unwinding together! We are a large spacious house in a quiet residential area Ideal for families and groups to relax together and recharge their batteries or for Hens and Stags as a relaxing base to come home too after partying all night long. Enjoy a BBQ or Relax in our family sized Hot Tub and bubble your worries away! Enjoy a game of snooker or pool on our half size snooker table Very Close to Broad Green Train Station - 3 minute walk. Regular frequent trains to city centre. Liverpool City Centre is a 15 minute ride away by car or train. Guests tell us taxis back at night cost around £14 Ample off road parking at the front of the property for 5 vehicles 4.6 miles from Anfield and 5 miles from Goodison. Situated close to Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital, Broad Green Hospital and Alder Hey Children's Hospital. Downstairs Lounge has a 42" LCD TV, PS, free WIFI, Bluetooth speaker, karaoke machine and football table. Off the entrance hall is a walk in shower and toilet. Kitchen diner is fully equipped for a self catering stay. The dining table downstairs seats 10 comfortably. Patio doors from the kitchen lead to a decked outdoor seating area with large BBQ and overlooks a large garden and woodland area. Sleeping accommodation downstairs is arranged around two good sized bedrooms. Master bedroom is the largest room in the house and very spacious. It comfortably sleeps 6 in two double beds each with a single bunk above. There is also a sofa bed in this room. Second bedroom sleeps 1 in a single bed and has an ensuite shower and toilet. The ensuite also houses a washing machine and dryer. The upstairs Lounge is very large and has a 42" LCD TV, X Box, free WIFI and comfortably seats 10+ comfortably. There is a sofa bed in this room. There is a large shower room with toilet wash hand basin and washing machine and dryer. An iron and ironing board is also provided upstairs. Smaller Kitchen upstairs where the table seats 7 comfortably. We have recently added some make up mirrors and a sofa so this room is now multi purpose. Sleeping accommodation upstairs is arranged around two good sized bedrooms. Bedroom one comfortably accommodates 3 people in a double bed and single bunk. Second bedroom sleeps 4 in 2 bunk beds and has an ensuite shower and toilet. All bedrooms have wardrobes with hangers and drawers The property is well secured with a full alarm system. Smoking/vaping is strictly not permitted inside the house however there is a spacious seated decking area you may use should you wish to smoke outside. The Hot Tub comfortably holds 5 people and is available 9am to 9pm for relaxing in. No loud or pounding music outdoors please, thank you :-) Guests have full access to the whole house, large mature garden with BBQ, Hot Tub and outdoor seated decking area. Hot Tub guidelines given on arrival. Hot tub available between 9am and 9pm apart from when maintenance of water quality is required. We do have a key box if remote check in is preferred The house is semi detached and we live in the adjoining house. Broad Green is a beautiful tree lined suburb of Liverpool with great transport links to the city centre which is just a short ride away. Broad Green train station is a five minute walk. We are close to the amazing Knowsley Safari just a 10 to15 min drive. Crosby beach is around 15 minutes away, New Brighton beach with its amusements is about 25 mins away. Sefton Park with it's beautiful lake and palm house is a 15 min drive. We are five minutes away from Broadgreen Hospital, Broadgreen Heart and Chest Hospital and Alder Hey Children's Hospital. Close by is a Chinese takeaway and a brilliant pub with beer garden serving hot food including breakfasts. Excellent local facilities such as supermarkets etc Easily accessible from the house is the Liverpool Loop Line Linear Park which runs across the bottom of our garden. ideal for walking or cycling in safety, the Liverpool Loop Line is a converted railway path that runs along wooded embankments and between sandstone cuttings around the eastern edge of Liverpool. (.9 miles long it runs from Halewood (southwest of M62, Jct 6) through Knotty Ash and Walton to the A59 just south of Aintree Station, home of the Grand National. . Just a three minute walk to Broad Green Train Station then a 15 minute journey has you right in the heart of Liverpool at Lime Street Station. Trains run regularly or you can use a taxi for around £10-£15which is just as quick. We are within walking distance of Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital and Broad Green Hospital (Both a five minute walk) as well as Alder Hey Children's Hospital (12 minute walk, 3 minute drive) Supermarkets and Petrol station all within a short drive. The house is situated in a parking permit zone but we have space for up to 5 cars off road on our drives. If you plan to bring more cars they can be parked just a couple of streets away. please just let us know. We are in a residential area.
