This warm apartment is located less than 5 minutes walk away from Waterloo train station, Crosby Marina and Antony Gormley's Another Place on Crosby beach. Whatever you're planning on doing in Liverpool, this perfectly located apartment makes Liverpool city centre, Southport and Liverpool airport accessible within 30 minutes. We look forward to hosting you! I had my eye on this apartment years ago but unfortunately somebody beat me to it. As soon as it became available again I thought it would be perfect for people looking to experience Liverpool but don't want to feel like they're stuck in the city centre. It's a warm and cosy apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom and a spacious living area. There's a small area providing space to work too. You'll have access to the whole apartment so make yourselves at home! The apartment is just off St John's Road with plenty of cafés and restaurants to enjoy. It's also just a couple of minutes away from South Road where there are more restaurants, bars and shops - this is also where Waterloo train station is which provides access to Liverpool and Southport easily. The local cinema, The Plaza is just a couple of minutes walk away which is definitely worth a visit. It's a short walk to a local favourite, Crosby Coffee on the way to Crosby Marina and Antony Gormley's Another Place. There's so much to do in the area so whether you're here for a weekend or for a long stay, I'm sure you'll love it as much as we do! Although there's no designated parking for this apartment, the building does have two spaces which are available on a first come, first served basis. If those spaces aren't available, there are plenty of spaces available on the road outside which are free of charge. If you're travelling by train, Waterloo is just a few minutes away making this apartment great for people travelling from Liverpool airport or elsewhere around the UK.
