You will enjoy your stay in our spacious, high end, upstairs apartment with all of the amenities as well as new furnishings. You will be within walking distance to the downtown area that is filled with coffee shops, restaurants, theaters, clubs and much more. The University of Idaho Campus is also within walking distance. You will be able to prepare meals in our well stocked kitchen with quality cooking & dining supplies & equipment. Come try our B&B. You will be glad that you did! * The Space: The apartment is spacious & stylish yet comfortable and welcoming complete with free high speed Wifi and Smart TV. The kitchen is newly equipped with a GE Profile French Door Refrigerator with LED lighting & ice maker in addition to a new GE Range. The kitchen has Cuisinart non-stick cookware and cutlery along with various cooking utensils, cutting boards, etc . The dinnerware is beautifully patterned Corelle ware which is ideal for families with children. There is also a toaster and an air popcorn popper (just for fun while watching movies on the Roku Smart TV). There is a single cup Keurig coffee maker plus a 2 cup drip coffee maker. There is a tea kettle along with a selection of teas & other goodies. The dining table extends to accommodate 6. The bedrooms are well lit & have new, comfortable beds with additional pillows & blankets in the closets. The Master bedroom also has a well lit desk/work space. There is a full length mirror in each bedroom along with a luggage rack with a shelf for shoes. All the bedside tables have electrical outlets and usb ports. There are multiple usb ports throughout the B&B. Each room, except the bathroom, has a thermostat to regulate the temperature to your personal preference. The bathroom is well lit and has a deep, comfortable soaking tub with extra linens & toiletries in the linen closet along with a shelf for your personal items. There is a laundry basket provided for your convenience. The mirrored cabinet doors are nice for seeing your entire hair-do. You will also find plenty of places to hang up towels & clothes. There is also a separate coat closet and a utility closet containing an iron & ironing board and cleaning supplies. On-site washer & dryer are available nearby. In addition you can enjoy fresh air and a beverage on the deck located right off the living room. *Guest Access: Easy self check in process using a keypad allowing private access to the B&B. The entrance to Suite 6 is on the second floor. The area is well lit with signs pointing the way. Directly adjacent is Reserved B&B Guest Parking. Check In 11am Check Out Guests have access to the entire B&B. Host will respond to further Guest's questions or concerns via text or email within an hour or so. After initial check in, my preference is to communicate via text or email due to the increasing spam phone calls. The B&B's proximity to downtown Moscow & the UI help define the character of the neighborhood as a "walking" neighborhood. Students walk to and fro to campus activities while other folks visit the downtown area enjoying the culinary cuisines, quaint coffee shops, pubs, & Farmers' Market in season. Just blocks away beautiful East City Park hosts the popular annual Renaissance Fair each spring, the Rendezvous in the Park in the summer & the Community Christmas Music Festival in the winter. The University of Idaho Campus is host to a major arboretum and botanical garden in the northwestern United States. Experience the sights and sounds as you breath in the fresh air walking the many trails that loop around for about 1.4 miles. Also, be sure to take in the architectural beauty and sculpted landscape of the campus. Walking routes, public transit, Uber No vaping and/or smoking of any tobacco products or marijuana or use of any Idaho designated controlled substance such as cocaine, heroin, etc.
