The Loft, self contained accommodation, Godalming

Recently refurbished, bright & modern accommodation in self contained loft with views to countryside. One mile from Godalming town centre's riverside location with great amenities including mainline train station, supermarkets, bars & restaurants. Keep cosy in the cooler months with a fire in the newly installed woodburner. The Loft is a self contained bedroom/living room on the first floor of our double garage, with own kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. It has it's own entrance. The Loft has kitchen, bathroom and combined upstairs living and bedroom. I'm happy to answer queries from guests by phone, text or email. I'm here most of the time but will not intrude on your privacy. Busbridge is one mile from Godalming High street. It is very close to the beautiful countryside yet only 6 miles from Guildford which is a fantastic historic town. The Loft is located in Busbridge, which is one mile from Godalming. You are welcome to park one car at the front of the main house, parallel to the low trellis fence. Godalming has a mainline train station which is 45 minutes to Waterloo and about an hour to Portsmouth. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided. I can supply a continental breakfast if it is required at an added cost of £10, please message in advance if you would like this. The Loft does not have any garden or outside space. There are various heat sources including the woodburner upstairs, there is no central heating but there are oil radiators on both levels which can be left on. If you plan to be out all day and would like the fire lit for your return, please message me. There is also an electric fire and an electric blanket on the bed. The kitchen has a fan heater. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.
