Frank & Haddy 4 Bedroom Paradise Estate Villa

This 4 bed villa has a back-up System which ensures power is available 24/7. It is situated in the popular gated community Paradise Estate of Old Yundum and 12 mins by car from airport or 15 min from major tourist area, beaches & restaurants. It has 2 en-suites with a ceiling fan in every room. Both the master bedroom & living room have air-conditioning units. The neighbourly dining room leads to a fully functional kitchen. Guest(s) booking for at least a week is entitled to week of free WiFi. Extras: An initial amount of cash power units are bought but once exhausted, electricity is charged with cash and must be paid individually according to consumption on site. Our home is located in a gated estate with security at the gates. All windows have integrated mosquito net. Car: A 4 by 4 car is available and can be rented at £35 a day and charge includes cost of driver but not fuel (petrol). The cost of renting the car alone is £25 per day or £150 a week for our guest only. The price is doubled otherwise. Every car hirer will need to sign our car rental agreement. We have very fun and loving memories in our home and so welcome you from all works of life, background and culture to experience the simplicity and heartfelt warmth of the Gambian people! Please use Old Yundum Police Station as reference point when using the (Hidden by Airbnb) MAPS because our house is close to it. A 4 by 4 wheel drive is available for both pick-up and drop-off at £35. Car can also be rented at £35 a day and charge includes cost of driver but not fuel (petrol). Although I won't be available in person, I am available on email, text, (Hidden by Airbnb) etc. when needed. Our housekeeper, local guide or Gambian friends can always be contacted when needed. I can assure you that you will be well taken care of. Our neighborhood is often quiet and feel safe because of the security guards posted at the gates. The estate has a park which includes a children's playground in it. To enhance Covid safety, I will encourage guests to rent our 4 x 4 vehicle for transportation. There is also the option of getting local taxis on the main road which is only a 7 minute walk from the villa. However you can also get 'town-trip' services where the taxi can pick you up at your doorstep or drop you off for much higher prices.
