Independent room in heart of Downtown Princeton

Downtown Princeton just off Nassau and walking distance to Princeton University. Large and very quiet private space with independent entrance comprising of bedroom/living room separate bathroom/shower and area for clothes and heating/cooling food with coffee machine, fridge and microwave. Laundry room can be accessed with prior agreement as it is shared. Off road parking on shared driveway possible with our 2 cars. Room has view onto lovely Quarry Park. Single pull out bed available. we live in the main house so are always around if help is needed New World coffee shop is just 5 minutes walk away as is the Whole Earth Center organic store. Downtown Princeton is 10-15 minutes walk away. Our house is on a very quiet street right next to a park. This is a no smoking property. we can lend our bikes and recommend places to go if needed.
