Please take a bit of time in this speedy stressy life:) to say a few words about yourself, when you contact us. We have a parking-lot next to the house. We are 20 minutes by car and 30 minutes by bus away from the city center! It is the attic that we rent and NOT a flat! Bathroom and kitchen are shared! PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE you click on the "book" botton. There are always things that need to be clarified:) By the way, what we offer is NOT an appartment! but a room in our house.Bathroom and kitchen ARE SHARED! your room (the attic) would be on the 2nd floor and the bathroom on the groundfloor, so you will get fitter and fitter:) We are located in WALS, just on the outskirts of Salzburg. If you are coming BY CAR you are in 15' in the center of Salzburg. BY BUS it will take you around 25'. Our philosophy is to be as normal as possible, open, friendly, easy going....showing the guests our surroundings from a local point of view.... The house is a mixture of old, new and comfortable ..... just as we are , old fashioned in a modern world:) We like it simple and natural, our house is not a luxury hotel, but 5 stars cosy, welcoming and friendly. The attic is a cosy space, where in winter we use traditional heating with wood. Our 5 stars MATRESSES :) and a double BED are very comfortable So we have 1 double BED, 1 "pull out" couch, 2 single mattresses, a hammock and 3 couches:)..... you might not see them in the pictures, but they are behind the oven and the couch. *********************************************************************** UPDATE: Since a few months we even have an e-piano & a glass construction/balcony that allows you to enjoy an amazing mountain view directly from the attic!! And we have a small art gallery in the house if you like to exhibit or join one of our events in "Atelier FREIRAUM" ( (Hidden by Airbnb) @freiraum (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) *********************************************************************** Its a perfect place to stay if you come for the " Salzburger FESTSPIELE" (cultural event) or OKTOBER FEST in Münich. Wals bei Salzburg ist 1h30min. away from Münich either by car or by train. .....and not only:) if you want to visit the surroundings of Salzburg or go skiing in winter we are 1' away from the highway in all directions. Next skiing resort is less than one hour from here, big ones like Flachau / Zauchensee 1hr 15min. Last but not least, after contacting us PLEASE stay sincere and let us know if our offer is attractive to you or not :) our Please only use the bathroom and toillets on the groundfloor! (The first floor is private) Please close the windows when you are leaving the house! Sure. Our philosophy is to be available for guests and share local insights! We are on the outskirts of Salzburg City, in a village called Wals. if you have a car you can be in 15' in the city center. if you take the bus you are there in 25'. The next supermarkets (Hofer, Penny, Unimarkt), an Outlet Store (Arthur Mcglenn) and a Shopping Mall (Europark) are about 5' away. There is an amazing organic shop 3' away and fresh bakery and butchery products 5' away. Walsie Bus, a local minivan can take you in 3 minutes to the main BUS Stop - Walserfeld Schule- buses no 2 and 10 ! The Post Bus 180 can take you directly to the city center. The bus stop is 1 minute away from our house (Gemeindeamt Wals- Siezenheim) we only offer ONE ROOM in our private house. all of you will sleep in this one room:) we sometimes have friends living with us in the house you are sharing the bathroom and kitchen we have no airconditioning, just ventilators for the summer
