This spacious 100 sqm apartment is located a few meters from the famous golf courses of Alcaidesa etsitué the ground floor of a residence with a lovely pool. We only accept clean and respectful people. We insist on respecting the maximum capacity of the apartment! This one has been arranged for 6 people, and for the comfort of each, we do not accept additional people. The inventory of the places of entry is carried out before your arrival. In case you notice an anomaly, thank you to contact me within 48 hours. After this period, the inventory will be considered approved. When you leave, please close doors and windows, turn off the air-conditioning system, wash and put away the dishes and take out the trash. No pets allowed. Thank you ;-) It is important to note that sheets are not included in the rental price. It is a mandatory and additional service. The cost is 9.5 € / pers. Thank you to consider this in the payment. WARNING, it is important to note that the delivery of the keys to the apartment is done at our agency in the port of La Duquesa (not the accommodation itself!). A safe is available to pick up your envelope outside our opening hours (10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday). Included services: - City trip : Depends on season.
