Oak Tree Barn near Bath & Longleat in Wiltshire.

Oak Tree Barn was fully refurbished in 2019. It is in a beautiful small hamlet called Brokerswood, within the county of Wiltshire & on the border of Somerset. It is the perfect location to visit some of the UK’s best-loved tourist attractions, which are only a short drive away, including Bath, Stonehenge, Longleat and other local towns & villages such as Frome, Lacock & Salisbury. There is a direct train link from Westbury to London which can take just over an hour. Also strictly no pets, sorry. The converted barn is all on one level, with two large double bedrooms which can have super king size beds or can be adapted into twin beds should you wish, with both Bedrooms having their own en-suite bathrooms. The Barn can only accommodate for 1 infant with a total of 5 guests when including 1 infant. There is a large open-plan living and dining space. The furnishings are tastefully contemporary and the focal point of the living space is a stylish log burner, perfect for cosy evenings during the autumn or winter months. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped including a fridge freezer, dish washer, oven & induction hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle and much more. The patio furniture & BBQ is available between May and September. If any guests require assistance for any reason a dedicated housekeeper is available. Oak Tree Barn is a secluded private retreat within the countryside, with beautiful walks and it is located on the edge of the national cycle route. There are many local pubs & restaurants. The historic cities of Bath and Salisbury are only a short drive away. There is a great farm shop with local fresh produce just 2 miles away which includes a gift shop and restaurant. There is also an excellent country store just over 1 mile away. Guests would require a car to travel around the local area, but you can also take advantage of the local walks and cycle routes. Westbury and Frome train stations are around 15 minutes away by car. If guests require an earlier check-in before 5pm then please ask us, we will do our best to offer this if we can. We also leave a Starter Pack which includes , toiletries, washing up liquid / dishwasher tablets / kitchen Roll & more. Guest obviously would need to purchase extra themselves if required. Please note that our property can only accommodate for a total of 5 guests when including 1 infant, so in effect 1 infant and 4 other guests (with a mixture of either children or adults to a maximum of 4 + 1 infant only)
