Large recreational retreat

Ask about our April specials as we prepare for our busy season......................... This is a large recreational retreat, with a 5600 Sq Ft house, located on over 5 acres. A fun, recreational property, but also in a peaceful and private setting. You wouldn't need to leave the property, but you can also enjoy the small river towns on the St. Croix River (minutes away) and or the city life in Minneapolis/St. Paul. The house includes 5 private bedrooms, 3 additional sleeping rooms, 12 beds, a large open kitchen, with plenty of room for up to 20 people to stay in the house. We can accommodate more over night guest, with our RV and outbuilding quarters. The kitchen has an open floor plan with industrial oven and large area for cooking and entertaining. Rest on one of the many couches and take in a movie or show on one of the 10 screens. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub, TV, patio and putting green, which are all located right outside the sliding glass door, just a few steps from the kitchen. Outdoors recreation and games include a putting green, unique wiffleball field (gray monster), trampoline, playground, turf, and hammocks. Explore the wooded trails and inquire about camping outside! This is truly a unique space and fun atmosphere for families and large groups who enjoy the outdoors. Also a great place for boys/girls getaways, wedding parties, team building, family reunions, golf getaways, and events. We can turn the space into the atmosphere you and your group are looking for, as we take pride in working with our guest. We also can provide a RV with 4 beds, a large shed and camping areas, all available upon request and with approval for larger groups.
