One bedroom modern and spacious flat, with private entrance and parking. A lockbox to check in and out. Ten minutes drive to Bristol airport. Located on a quiet cul de sac. Beautiful countryside walks straight out the back gate. Views from the lounge windows onto Cadbury hill. The flat is a lovely light, spacious and well equipped space with a full sized modern kitchen. One bedroom with en suite plus a double sofa bed in the lounge. Perfect for overnight stays for an early/late flight from Bristol airport or a base for visiting family in the area. We live in the house upstairs, some living noise from above such as footsteps can be heard. However we endeavour to be considerate when guests are staying below. Guests are welcome to share the back garden with us. Owners available if needed as we live upstairs. But your privacy will be respected. A lovely quiet cul de sac, with views of Cadbury hill. Fabulous walks straight out of the back gate into fields. We are close to the village of Yatton and Congresbury, both have shops and village pubs. Excellent base to visit lots of places such as Cheddar Gorge, Wells, Clevedon, Bath, Bristol and the majestic Mendip hills. Bristol airport is a pleasant 10 minutes drive. Yatton train station is a few minutes drive with direct trains to Bristol, Bath and London. Regular buses into Bristol and Weston are just a short walk onto the main rd. There is a contactless check in/out with a lockbox. The flat is suitable for two guests but be aware that the only bathroom is an ensuite accessed through the bedroom.
