Self contained annexe with own entrance

Whether you are planning a short break, a get together with friends or visiting the area for business Bailey Mawr is the perfect choice. There is a downstairs sitting room and an upstairs bedroom with ensuite (Website hidden by Airbnb) is a small fridge ,toaster ,microwave and kettle provided. You have your own entrance so you are free to come and go as you please .Guests are welcome to sit out in the garden or on the patio outside We will usually be around so if you require any assistance please come around or phone me We are next to a village pub who serve food but don't worry it's not noisy .we are 5 minutes from Bridgend where the railway station provides access to the main Swansea to London line .Cardiff is 20 mins away by train.We are only 1 mile from the M4 and the designer outlet MacArthur Glen can be reached within a few minutes Arriving by train we only a short taxi ride .if travelling by car we are only a couple of minutes from the M4. there is parking on the drive which is located at the back of the house .the parking space is half way up the drive on the right hand side . Sorry but the WiFi speed is not great we do have a booster in the annexe but because of our location that’s the only improvement we can make to speed things up !
