Modern Villa with AC, large Garden and Private Pool ! Villa Jessica is a modern, fully air conditioned villa, situated between the Croatian touristic centre - Porec and the heart of Istria – Pazin. Villa Jessica has a spacious garden (over 4000m2) and private pool 32m2. It is situated in the small Istrian village Rakovci, that has still kept the authentic image of Istrian stone houses and the architecture. The area is very calm, surrounded with nature and one can take long walks through the country or go bike riding, it is only 7 km to the sea. Interior The ground floor features a spacious open plan living room with fire place, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4 electric rings, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle), exit to the covered terrace and pool area , 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine and on the first floor are 3 bedrooms (all with air conditioning) and 1 more bathroom with shower. Villa Jessica is situated between the Croatian touristic centre - Porec and the heart of Istria - Pazin, in the small Istrian village Rakovci, that has still kept the authentic image with Istrian stone houses and typical architecture. Each part of the Istrian penninsula is reachable within 40 minutes by car, it takes only 7km to the sea and 15km to Central Istria. There is a variety of sport activities close to the house: bike roads, walking roads, sport activities on the beach at Lim fjord (7 km) or beach Vrsar (12 km), or diving in Zelena laguna close to Porec. The town of Porec is on a lovely waterfront with the prominent UNESCO World Heritage Site just 15 km away. Many beautiful beaches and bays with crystal clear water are nearby, as well as shopping, dining, nightlife and other attractions for exploring. A catamaran day trip to Venice via Porec is highly-recommended. The neighbouring seaside attractions include Vrsar (a pretty marina), Rovinj (a spectacular town) and Euphrasian Basilica which is the Cathedral of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Porec - Pula. A bit further afield, a popular hit with visitors, are the Brijuni Islands and the Roman Remains in Pula.
