Courtyard Barn, Ellesmere is a unique accommodation space. When you arrive you will have your own private entrance, the whole courtyard with private secure parking, with outside seating area and complete privacy. A local public house within 5 min walking distance. Free fast Airband WiFi. Ellesmere has so much to offer from its beautiful Meres to the many network of canals to explore. With four National Trust properties in short driving distance. Perfect for Walking or Cycling holidays. Courtyard Barn has the whole of the courtyard. This space is not shared with any other guests and we as hosts will not disturb you during your stay. You will have your own private access gate to the courtyard and your parking space is located in the courtyard. We have a Jay-Be Folding Bed that can be put in the lounge for an extra guest (Charges apply for extra occupancy) We also have a secure/locked cycle storage area by request (Free of charge) in the Courtyard. Unfortunately we do not allow BBQ's on the Courtyard, but there is a full kitchen for all your food preparation. Note - The lounge has a low ceiling, not a problem for 6ft tall or under. The guests have access to the Laundry Shed which is located to the side of Rose Barn. You will be shown where this is on check in. This is a shared space consisting of Washing Machine (complete with washing powder and softener), iron, ironing board, etc., You will have complete privacy during your stay but guests can contact my husband or I at anytime via Telephone, Text Message or Instant Message. We live on site so are available 24hrs. We are available for our guests if needed for hints and tips of places to visit in the area. There will be an information file in the barn regarding all aspects of the barn and our contact numbers if needed. Your neighbours are the hosts and we have another holiday accommodation on site, Rose Barn. Unfortunately there is no public transport that passes Courtyard Barn but the local town of Ellesmere has a bus service. in the barn there will be complimentary - Tea Coffee Sugar Milk We also pop a complimentary breakfast of bread, butter and jam for your first morning. Unfortunately we do not allow BBQ's on the Courtyard area.
