Spacious Guesthouse with Farmland Views

Our guesthouse is a large, open floor plan "in-law suite" with a private entrance. We are located in the heart of Amish Country & minutes from local attractions. The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need if you choose to cook during your stay. Both bathrooms are full baths with a tub & shower. All bedrooms are on the second floor. Towels, bedding & pillows are provided. While the guesthouse space is private, we also live in a separate part of the house. Our four children are friendly and curious, but generally we try to let our guests decide how much interacting they want to do with us. We are less than one mile from Route 30 & outlet shopping. Dutch Wonderland, Sight & Sound Theatre, & The American Music Theatre are within a 15 minute drive as well as the towns of Intercourse, Bird-in-Hand & Strasburg. Never worry about dinner because you'll find a wide variety of restaurants nearby. We have a dog. She is a puppy and new to our home. She will be spending a lot of time outside and no part of the outside area of our home and Airbnb is off-limits for her. Please keep that in mind when booking our home. We live on a busy street that can be noisy sometimes but we have a large backyard that is quiet and peaceful. We are a young family of six so you might hear us throughout the day as kids can be noisy sometimes. We have a large building on the property where we store equipment for our construction business. While the work is not done at our home, we occasionally work on the equipment as well as have different projects going on around the property so there is sometimes activity outside. We try our best to keep the noise to a minimum.
