Charming little house with a separate entrance to the guest area for added privacy. Property has a pool for guests to enjoy during warm weather months. Walk to the park, restaurants & movie theatre! Only 10 minutes to Disney, WB, & Universal Studios, with freeway entrance nearby to get you to other parts of Los Angeles more easily. Use the pool as often as you wish....relax in the yard. :) (pool is not heated) There is off-street parking on paved area next to the garage. There is no TV in the room for better relaxation. However, you can stream from your wifi device if movie watching is your preferred method of relaxation. The kitchen is available for daily use, however, it does close by 10PM...and reopens at 7:30AM. :) This is your home away from home for the period. No need to socialize if that’s not your thing. But feel free to ask any questions if I’m around, or just text. The house is walking distance to the park, restaurants and movie theatre! Every Thursday evening, the length of the park is lined with Food Trucks for your choice of cuisine. And during the summer, the park offers free concerts & movie screenings. The thing these days is Uber ! ...but one can easily just walk to nearby restaurants & movie theatre. The NoHo subway station is only about a half a mile away....easy walk especially on a nice day. Mina, the dog, might be in the yard at times...she's very friendly. She mostly stares up at the Oak Tree watching the squirrels. 🐿...on a hot day, you may catch her swimming her laps in the pool. 🐕 🏊
