Located 2 hours from Paris and 800m from the village of Theillay, this recently renovated 230 m2 family home is in the centre of a vast 12,000m2 semi-wooded garden and offers all the comfort for a relaxing stay with family or friends. Located 2 hours from Paris and 800m from the village, this recently renovated 230m2 house is in the center of a large semi-wooded 12,000 m2 garden and offers all the comforts for a relaxing and friendly stay. Located in the heart of Sologne, the house offers the ideal setting for a few days with family or friends. The house serves as our second home, and we are delighted to share it with families and groups of careful friends. It is large enough for 10 people, but can accommodate up to 12. The house includes downstairs: - 1 large living room of around 40 m2 with the fireplace (logs and pine cones are at your disposal in the wood shed) - 1 large shower room - 1 large kitchen / dining room of around 50 m2 - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 bedroom with a sofa bed At the top you will find: - 4 bedrooms each with a double bed (2 of 140 cm and 2 of 160 cm). - 1 shower room. The beds with their superior quality mattresses and pillows are prepared for your arrival. Bath towels, bath mats, tea towels are at your disposal. The living room is equipped with a Hi-Fi system, television, DVD player and you can enjoy Wi-Fi throughout the house. CDs, DVDs and board games are also at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, plancha, raclette machine, crepe maker, filter coffee machine and Nespresso.... The essentials to get you started are available: Tea, coffee, salt, oil, pasta, rice, spices, cleaning products, etc... Outdoors you will find garden tables, barbecue, Ping Pong table, sun beds, fatboys, bicycles ... We remain at your disposal to help you organise your family and friends reunions and wish you an excellent stay in our house. I can be reached on weekdays by email and on weekends by phone or text message. The village is charming and quiet. There is a butcher's shop, a press office, a grocer's shop and two bakeries, one of which makes good croissants, baguette cereals and nice petits fours. Supermarkets can be found in Vierzon or Salbris. By car: Exit 4 of the A71 highway. By train: Theillay train station is 1km away from the house. Approximately 12 trains a day from Paris during the week and 6 on the weekends.
