The Residence Verdoliva is located in the Tuscan countryside, nestled in the hills of San Miniato al Tedesco, medieval village. Halfway between Florence and Pisa, the location is ideal to easily reach these cities and their airports, but also characteristic places such as Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Vinci or the famous Versilia Coast accessible via highways and local rail lines. The residence is built on top of a hill surrounded by secular olive trees, the residence has a beautiful view of the countryside and the medieval village of Stibbio. "Casa La Gemma" is part of the Residence Verdoliva which consists of 3 accommodations all newly built and tastefully furnished. The residence provides many services, security, privacy and professionalism, the friendly staff is a family run to ensure our guest a pleasant stay. Casa La Gemma" is on two floors, at the first is located the entrance, kitchen, living room with sofa bed , dining area.Upstairs there's a bathroom and two double (Website hidden by Airbnb) accommodation can accommodate up to six people and the rooms are elegantly furnished. From the master bedroom of both apartments, you can access the back of the house where there is a path to reach the swimming pool of 10x6 meters which is covered with Bisazza, surrounded by olive trees and colour changing lights; the pool is also equipped with corner Jacuzzi with geysers. The outdoor also offer barbecue, changing rooms with bath and shower, mini bar, sun beds, gazebo and children's playground area. Swimming pool is shared and at guests' exclusive use of the Residence Verdoliva.
