Cwm Howell is a large 5 bedroom modernised detached farmhouse built in 1864. Nestled in a hillside, surrounded by farmland, with stunning countryside views over the Towy Valley. The farmhouse retains many of its original characteristics, with additions such as a log burner, a hot tub and Free wifi. Set in a tranquil location, a short drive from the Market town of Carmarthen. On the doorstep to West Wales with its coastal path, many beaches, castles and attractions it has to offer. Garden The large garden has outstanding countryside views over the Towy valley there is a large patio area to the rear of the house with table, chairs, recliners and a charcoal barbecue there is a five seater hot tub to the side of the property which can be floodlit during dark hours and a large pond which is fenced off at the rear, there are side gates which if left closed can contain children in the garden. Please note... parents of toddlers, that the pond is not fenced off to the front of the property. On-site parking is to the front of the house and there is ample space for up to 3 vehicles. Private Garden including sole use of private hot tub.. Please note surrounding farmland is out of bounds. I don't live on site but am always on hand to solve any queries or occurrence's. Pembrey country Park, Llanstephan and Ferryside Beaches, Aberglasney House, Dynevor Country Park. National Botanic Gardens of Wales. Brechfa and Abergorlech mountain bike trails. Laughne of Dylan Thomas fame. Pendine sands and museum of speed of land speed record fame. Best Restaurant in Wales 2014 .. Y Polyn Carregcennen Castle. Knots Folly.. Carmarthen town all within 15 miles..Pretty much most in West Wales within one hours drive... Tenby, Saundersfoot, Newquay, The Gower, Brecon Beacons National Park, Pendine Sands, Pembrey Country Park, Mountain Biking at Brechfa, Coastal path walking.... etc etc car Central heating and Rayburn are available throughout winter months. Logs usually available @£5 per net. Please bring your own towels Up to 3 well behaved dogs welcome @ £20 each. Please note we are surrounded by livestock.
