Contemporary, individual, stylish room Situated within the Dartmoor National Park This room has it's own external access and we use a key box system. It has a private patio and garden area. The World Heritage, Fair Trade town of Tavistock is just 5 miles away. Drakes cycle path is a 2 minute walk away from the gate. The local shops, café, Inn and bus stop are a short walk away. The room has a welcome tray and a fridge. A light bites menu is available for morning and evening snacks The room is accessed from from a private entry using the key from the key box. It is a light airy room with French doors onto the raised decking area. The whole of the rear garden with seating, sun shade pizza oven and swing seat is yours to enjoy. The room is deep cleaned before being steam cleaned and then sanitised. A hot and cold breakfast and snack/ light bite menu is available. Thank you for reading my information. This room is accessible from the North elevation which is to the rear of the property. A well lit pathway will lead you easily to the room. There are 2 steps, one down and one up. A designated parking area will be yours for the duration of your stay. We respect the privacy of our guests. If you would like information or help with anything we are usually on hand to help. We maintain safe distancing at all times. Contact details are available in the information pack in the room. We live on the premises We are situated down a private lane. It is very peaceful. The sky at night can be clear due to the lack of pollution. We can sem to be miles away from the local activities and yet we are only a very short distance from the village which has a great variety of shops ans services. Drakes cycle route is 2 mins walk away. The bus stop is 5mins walk away from us. Plymouth is 10 miles. Tavistock is 5miles. Wembury beach is only 30 mins drive away. Cornwall is 10 miles away. It is all very beautiful. I have links to many attractions which can be found in the guide info. We are only 5 miles from the World Heritage Town of Tavistock. The Pannier market is wonderful. Drakes trail is a 2 minute walk away. Walking and cycling are very popular pastimes and there is plenty of opportunity for both. We are surrounded by a wealth of beautiful scenery and wildlife. There is a regular bus service to Plymouth and Tavistock. Both have super restaurants and are rich in history.
