Self-contained annex close to hills & beach

Simple but cozy accommodation attached to the main house, conveniently situated within short drive distance from the Preseli National Park, Cardigan Bay, Tenby, St David’s, local attractions like Pentre Ifan Burial Chamber, Oakwood and Folly Farm and town of Cardigan. The property has WIFI, Nowtv, beautiful garden with space for a picnic and ample parking. Best suited for 2 adults that enjoy nature. Please message ahead if you plan to bring children. Simple self contained self catering accommodation, best suited for nature lovers and hikers. There is a small kitchenette with a microwave and a single induction hob, a refrigerator, toaster and kettle. There is space for making food and we provided crockery and cutlery. We also provide tea, coffee, herbal teas, sugar and biscuits! There is also picnic wear provided, bamboo plates, cups and a jug. There is a Belfast sink unit with a wall mounted drying rack. There are three rubbish runs, general rubbish, mixed recycling and food waste. The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a small chest of drawers. I can make available any extra bedding such as extra pillows, blankets or towels at guests request. In the living space there is a double futon that can sleep two people, a leather armchair, a chest of drawers and a TV with Now tv stick. The bathroom has an electric shower and a toilet with a sink. There is a little step in get in and out of the shower. The space has wifi throughout, the code for the wife is in the hall as you come in to the annex. The garden is available for guests to use, but please discuss in advance to arrange times, especially if you want to use barbecue area. There is a fenced pond in the garden, and a trampoline. Children are allowed to use the garden only under adult supervision. The guests are welcome to use the side parking, there is enough space for 2 cars, or 1car and a caravan. More parking can be made available. I will be available to answer any questions and show you around if needed. Local village Crymych that has small Spar, a health food shop, gift shops, pubs, petrol station and leisure centre. The village is walking distance, about 15 min walk, the Preseli hills are about 6min drive away, the nearest beach Poppit Sands is 20 min drive away.
