Large house, quite surrounding, beautiful garden

Our house has a beautiful garden, adjacent to a stream. There are playground equipment and even a colorful playhouse in the garden. Laminate is currenently being laid in 3 bedrooms, and the walls are being painted as well. We have also ordered new curtains and we will use as many Austrian accessories as possible. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. Also the 2 bathrooms are good and almost new. In the basement will be a ski room. From August the house awaits you! The house has a lot of space with 2 bathrooms and 4 sleeping rooms. Balcony's at front and backsite of the house. Garden doors with a terrace and a conservatory for the evening hours. If you are looking for a wonderful vacation in nature, this is your place to be. You have the whole house at your disposal. There is a permanent point of contact in the village to help you. Furthermore, I am always available by phone or email. The street where the house is, has detached houses, friendly people. The village has a beautiful church. Recently there is a cafe within walking distance which also serves breakfast. The surroundings are very authentic and gemütlich! In Stein an der Enns there is a train station and a bus stop. You can park at the house. It is possible to have fresh bread rolls delivered in the morning. A dog is allowed by mutual agreement, under the conditions that he/she is not left alone in the garden without supervision. Of course we also assume that they will not lie on a couch or bed.
