The accommodation is located on the first floor (80 square meters), ideal for a family of 4/5 people but suitable for 7 people. It is located in the village of Pedraces, with private access road, all the necessary services and ski lifts, belonging to the Dolomiti Superski area, are near the house. Therefore it is not necessary to take the car to take on the ski slopes. In the hiking season you can leave on foot to reach the surrounding peaks. The master bedroom is very spacious, furnished with a desk, cabinets and directly connected to a bathroom. The bathroom is large, with a window, equipped with toilet, bidet, sink and tub. The second bedroom is triple, with a single bed plus a bunk bed, desk, closet and wardrobe. The living room is spacious and bright; It includes a sofa, dining table and TV. The second bathroom, equipped with fan, contains toilet, wash basin, bidet and shower. The kitchen, with a balcony, is fully equipped with four-burner stove, hood, electric oven and table. Pleasant outdoor spaces, consisting in a small lawn with picnic table and a storage room for skis, boots and bicycles, can be used. A small laundry can be used.
