Recently refurbished apartments above a convenience store This apartment has private kitchen and bathroom. Has double bed and sofa bed so this apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests. Our house is a Terraced house built in the early 1900s, large rooms, high ceilings. It has been modernized, and refurbished. You also have the facility to cook - but make sure you bring all your groceries! Access to communal kitchen to meet other airbnb guests. While you staying at my apartment don't hesitate to contact me at any time. Not the fanciest part of Liverpool, but it is the friendliest! Close enough to the city centre to be in the heart of it all. Yet conveniently located to get away from it all. Friendly people, lots of families. Well located, not the nicest part of Liverpool but it is safe as an excellent base for exploring Liverpool and its environs; we are close and easy to get to from the end of the M62, a 15 min drive to Liverpool city centre and Albert Dock, buses every 10 mins (at peak times) to central Liverpool with a bus stop right outside the property. Everton park is 10 minute walk as is Stanley park which has theawsrd winning Kemps bistro in the Isla Gladstone Conservatory. Sefton Park and Calderstones Park are a 20 minute drive. Anfield the home of Liverpool Football Club is also a 5 min walk. Everton only being a 15 minute walk from the property. Other areas of note are the flagship leisure centre - Liverpool Aquatics Centre - with an Olympic sized indoor heated swimming pool (and separate 20m children's pool), 96 piece technogym fitness suite, 5 outdoor football pitches, and the Liverpool Tennis Centre (6 indoor and 6 outdoor tennis courts), both 15 mins drive away. We are just off Breck Road, which is a student and family area with plenty of takeaways and convenience stores around the corner. There is also an Asda about 500m away, with petrol station. Further afield, it is a 45 minute drive to the amazing Chester Zoo, slightly further to the attractive historic walled city of Chester, and further still to the fashionable Chester Racecourse. Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet is 40 mins drive away, and has 145 shops. Blue Planet Aquarium is also approximately 40 minutes away. Bus stop right 50yds from the front door.
